FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — Video gaining traction on social media is raising concerns about kitchen cleanliness at a LongHorn Steakhouse.
Someone took the video at the chain’s location along Camp Creek Parkway in East Point.

The Fulton County Department of Health said in a statement that the last inspection of the restaurant was less than a month ago, but inspectors will be revisiting it, Channel 2’s Bryan Mims learned.
The popular restaurant often has a full parking lot. One of the cooks, Sean Headley, said he felt compelled to document the conditions.
His video shows a messy kitchen—food scraps scattered all over, cooked steak sitting on a shelf near the walk-in cooler, and roaches crawling on the floor.

He says he recorded it two weeks ago, but he has been working there since April and says the unsanitary practices are routine.
“The servers, right there on the line where they’re supposed to pick up the food, they was eating the food right in front of the manager and dipping it in the sauce. And I said, ‘No, this can’t be real,’” he said.
Headley says poor management allows this behavior and these conditions.
“Their reply was, ‘This is a million-dollar store. We ain’t got time to be cleaning up. We’ve got this money coming in,’” he said.
The Georgia Department of Public Health last inspected the restaurant on Aug. 25, giving it a score of 90.
In the last two years, scores have ranged from 88 to 91.
“While this video was recorded several months ago, the conditions shown are unacceptable and have been addressed. We continue to take the necessary steps to ensure a safe experience for our guests and team members and recently placed a new leader in the restaurant to ensure our strict standards are maintained,” a LongHorn spokesperson said in a statement.
Headley says nothing has changed.
“I just want to see a better environment. I’m happy I’m the one who spoke up against it. Hopefully, these people can be in a better work environment,” he said.
The LongHorn spokesperson also said that the restaurant has regular pest control treatments and a professional cleaning crew nightly.
