COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Talk about a paw-some rescue!
Cobb County officers got a call from a driver who was experiencing car trouble on Friday -- but they couldn’t have imagined the cause: A kitten having a cat-astrophe!

Police responded to a driver who had pulled over on Clinic Avenue Friday. Officers assessed the situation and found a tiny, frightened kitten under the driver’s hood.

The kitten had a few burned whiskers and some minor paw injuries but was otherwise feline fine.
“This story serves as a reminder of the dedication and compassion our officers demonstrate day in and day out,” Cobb police wrote on Facebook. “They truly care about the well-being of our community, both two-legged and four-legged members alike!”
