BARTOW COUNTY, Ga. — A woman who accused a Bartow County sheriff's deputy of forcing her to pose for naked pictures says she's relieved that deputies arrested him.
"I'm just glad that he's been caught and won't be doing that job anymore," said Hayley Boe.
Boe says former Deputy Josh Nelson was supposed to take her to the hospital after she was in a fight with her father.
Boe says Nelson put her in his patrol car, drove her to a dark road and asked her to take off her clothes so he could photograph her injuries. She said he did it twice on the way to the hospital.

“It had been one of the worst days of my life already,” said Boe.
In an exclusive interview, Boe told Channel 2 Action News that someone called the Bartow County Sheriff's Office in April after she got into a fight with her father at his home on Brent Circle.
She says she was hurt in the fight and one of the responding deputies, Nelson, drove her to the hospital.
"He said he needed to take pictures for evidence," said Boe.
Boe told us the deputy was normal at first, but then pulled off on a dark road and ordered her to remove her clothes.
"I thought he meant like my pants and my shirt. Once I got those off, he said, 'You need to take everything off,'" said Boe.
The 26-year-old said Nelson used his cellphone to take nude pictures of her. She said that he touched her breast at one point.
“He had me (lie) down in the back of a car and hold my arms over my head, flip over, and he was taking pictures," said Boe.
She says the veteran deputy did it again as they got closer to the hospital, claiming that the earlier pictures didn't turn out.
Boe filed a complaint with the sheriff's office and hired attorney Cade Parian of the Parian Law Firm in Carrollton. Parian asked that all possible evidence be preserved.
“I requested anything of a tracking nature in that vehicle, photographic evidence, video evidence or GPS evidence to substantiate her claims," said Parian. Parian said all of Nelson’s cellphones and computers were seized a few days later.
The Bartow County Sheriff's Office placed Nelson on paid leave while the GBI investigated possible criminal wrongdoing.
We offered to conceal the alleged victim's identity, but she told us that she's not hiding from this fight.
“I wouldn't be able to look at myself in the mirror. I would prefer if I was the last victim of his,” said Boe.
The GBI arrested Nelson for sexual assault, violating his oath of office and possession of meth.
