Atlanta Fire responded to the southwest Atlanta school around 2:50 p.m.

One student was transported to Grady Hospital, according to Atlanta Public Schools.

Parents said school officials didn't tell them what happened.

"I want to know how it happened, what are they going to do now to change that to make sure that the kids don't do that in school and how are they bringing it to school to begin with," parent Krystal Haynes said.

The Atlanta Public Schools police department is investigating.
