ATLANTA — Kroger announced Wednesday that the grocery store’s pharmacy will offer rapid COVID-19 antibody tests at Atlanta-area stores by the end of November.
Kroger is the first U.S. retailer to offer the test, which can diagnose if someone has antibodies for the coronavirus within 15 minutes. The test is conducted using a finger-prick blood sample and administered by a medical professional.
The tests are already available in California and Michigan.
