ATLANTA — Two suspects have been taken into custody in connection with the shooting death of a man at an Atlanta park earlier this month.

Atlanta police said officers Thursday joined with the Federal Bureau of Investigation Violent Crime Task Force to arrest Latonian Patterson, 18 in connection with the shooting death of Evans Tshongwe, 49, at South Bend Park.
Patterson was taken to the Fulton County Jail, joining another suspect arrested last week in connection with Tshongwe’s Sept. 2 death. Markel Daniel, 19, was arrested Sept. 16.
Both were charged with two counts of felony murder, aggravated assault, criminal attempt to commit a felony and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
