SPARTANSBURG, S.C. — An Atlanta man picked the right time to visit his friends in South Carolina. His trip ended with him winning a $300,000 lottery ticket.
The South Carolina Education Lottery reported that the man won his large sum last week in Spartanburg.
The lottery says he stopped for a bottle of water and $10 lottery ticket at the Lil Cricket convenience store.
