ATLANTA — Police are looking for the man who opened fire inside of an Atlanta movie theater Tuesday night.
Police said a man was shot in the buttocks and a woman was grazed by a bullet in the leg. Both were taken to Grady Hospital to be treated.
Witnesses told Channel 2 Action News they were in a screening for the independent film “Finesse” before gunfire erupted.
Corey Crum says he starred in the film, directed by Atlanta DJ “Zaytoven,” and that the crowd gave the movie a standing ovation.

He said after the movie ended, people made their way to the concessions area of the theater. That’s when Crum says he heard shots fired, about two or three, and people began to run. He says people were laying on the floor crying, and that people left the building running, some losing their shoes.
"I pray for the people that got hurt," Crum told Channel 2's Craig Lucie. "It was just crazy."
Police initially reported they had one person in custody, but later said they had not arrested the shooter.
"We do not have anybody in custody. We're still gathering information and trying to identify who did this and apprehend them," Atlanta police officer John Chaffee said.
Police told Channel 2 Action News it started out as an argument in the lobby and then someone decided to settle their differences with a gun.
