Julian Ellis faces facing two counts of felony murder and six counts of aggravated assault, DeKalb County police said Tuesday.
Channel 2 Action News previously reported on the shooting that left the two brothers dead. The victims were identified as 11-year-old Jamarion Rolle and 12-year-old Jakhi Clark.
Their aunt and cousin were also shot, but survived the shooting. A GoFundMe has been set up for the family.
The boys’ mother told Channel 2’s Candace McCowan that she believes the shooting stemmed from a fight over a football game last week.
The investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact the DeKalb County Police Department’s Homicide Assault Unit at 770-724-7850.
