One person has been arrested in connection with the deaths of two teenagers in Gwinnett County.
Police arrested Quintarious Walker, 17, of Tucker, for the murder of Jaquille Thomas, 18, and Angelique Bowman, 19.
GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Thomas and Bowman were killed Jan. 26 in the 1600 block of Wandering Way. Police said the young victims were found about 200 yards from one another in the Norcross subdivision. Both suffered gunshot wounds.
A surveillance camera captured imgaes of the victims around the time of their murders.
Walker was booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center on one count of malice murder, two counts of felony murder and two counts of aggravated assault.
Police said he provided a statement to help solidfy the investigation.
According to police, the details of the murder are still being investigated.
Police said there are no additional suspects being sought in the investigation.
