Fulton County Tax Return Information

None — April 1, 2010 is the deadline for Fulton County property owners to file a property tax return for the current year. Filing this type of form alerts the Board of Assessors to major changes pertaining to the property that impact its value. Examples of the types of changes that may warrant a property tax return include: extensive damage, demolition, added square footage or a change in ownership.

Applications are available online at www.fultonassessor.org.

Property owners can file a property tax return either in person or by mail. Owners who choose to mail their applications are encouraged to use certified mail.

Property owners can file their property tax return in person at four locations:

1) Fulton County Government Center 141 Pryor St., S.W. Suite 1047-B Atlanta, GA 30303 (8:30 a.m. -5:30 p.m.)

2) North Service Center 7741 Roswell Road N.E. Suite 234B Atlanta, GA 30350 (8:30a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)

3) South Service Center 5600 Stonewall Tell Road Suite 224 College Park, GA 30349 (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

4) Alpharetta Service Center 3155 Royal Drive Suite 179 Alpharetta, GA 30022 (8:30a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
