ATLANTA — Atlanta police are investigating a shooting after receiving a call for help around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Family members told Channel 2's Sophia Choi that a woman was shot in the head at the Venetian Hills apartments on Campbellton Road.
A police source told Choi the woman was found found dead in a bedroom with at least one gunshot wound to the head.
Officers believe the shooting was not a random act and they are not actively searching for the shooter.
