MARYSVILLE, Calif. — Former child actor Shaun Weiss was arrested after police said he broke into a garage in Marysville, California, KTXL reported.
Weiss got his television start on “Pee-Wee’s Playhouse” but may be best known for his role as the goalie, Goldberg, in “The Mighty Ducks.” He also starred in “Freaks and Geeks” and “Heavyweights.”
KTXL reported that a homeowner called the police Sunday morning when he saw a strange man sitting in his garage. When police responded, they found a car with a broken window and Weiss inside the vehicle.
Police said Weiss appeared to be under the influence of methamphetamine, KCRA reported.

Police arrested Weiss, charging him with suspicion of residential burglary and being under the influence of a controlled substance. He’s being held in the Yuba County Jail in lieu of $52,500 bail, KTXL reported.
