A 102-year-old Illinois woman isn’t letting coronavirus stop her from voting in the 2020 elections.
Bea Lumpkin, a retired teacher from Chicago, was photographed putting her ballot in the mail.
At her age, she’s considered high-risk for contracting COVID-19, but she made sure to take necessary precautions by wearing some pretty serious protective gear.
The Chicago Teacher’s Union shared the photo on Twitter, writing, “If Bea can do it, anyone can do it. Vote!”
