Timeline: Key legal and electoral dates for Donald Trump

President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump on Wednesday tentatively agreed to two debates: the first one on June 27 in Atlanta, hosted by CNN, and the second one on Sept. 10 hosted by ABC News.

According to USA Today, Biden's campaign "informed the Commission on Presidential Debates, which has hosted the matches since 1988, that it would not be participating in its series of three debates scheduled for the fall."

Trump — the GOP's presumptive nominee for president — faces four criminal cases altogether. He is the first former U.S. president to be indicted and criminally charged.
