DAWSONVILLE, Ga. — A private air field in north Georgia was the site of a plane crash on Sunday.

Dawson County Fire Chief Troy Leist said the aircraft was small and crashed just of the airfield.

According to Elliot Field manager Bill Elliot in Dawsonville, a plane lost its motor and crashed at the airport.
Additional details about the crash were not immediately available.
