DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — A man has been charged with murder after police say he shot and killed his brother.
DeKalb County police responded to a shooting at a home on Hidden Creek Drive on Wednesday morning. NewsChopper 2 flew over the scene as police were putting crime scene tape up around the home.

Police said they found 23-year-old Devon Asquet shot inside the home. He later died at the hospital. They have now charged his younger brother, 20-year-old Jared Asquet, in his death.
Jared Asquet was booked into the DeKalb County jail on aggravated assault charge, but police say the charge will be upgraded to murder.
Investigators have not said what led up to the shooting.
