BUFORD, Ga. — Police have made an arrest in the shooting death of a 22-year-old man in Buford.
Quindarius Morton turned himself in to the Gwinnett County Detention Center Saturday. Morton is charged with felony murder and aggravated assault in the murder of Reginald Bien-Aime.
Bien-Aime was found dead in his car on New Year's night at a Buford apartment complex.
Witnesses reported hearing four to six shots near the basketball courts just before his body was discovered at the back of the Reserve at Ivy Creek apartments.
Officers found Bien-Aime slumped over in the driver’s seat of his car with the door open.
