DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Liquor bottles exploded as a fire heavily damaged a DeKalb County liquor store late Monday night.
The fire broke out around 11 p.m. at Jack's Package Store on Lawrenceville Highway at Hugh Howell Road.
"We had some liquor bottles exploding and things of that nature on arrival," DeKalb fire Battalion Chief William Roberts told Channel 2 Action News.
The cause of the fire, which gutted about half of the store, has not been determined.
No one was injured in the fire.
