HENRY COUNTY, Ga. — A Henry County police officer was found dead behind a grocery store Friday morning.
Henry County police said the officer’s body was found behind the Publix off Loop Road and Highway 20.
The department called in the GBI to investigate.
It was later determined that the officer died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
