JACKSON COUNTY, Ga. — A section of road near a Georgia elementary school will be getting special treatment when it comes to traffic enforcement.
The Jackson Police Department in Jackson County was made aware of a problem with speed cameras near Stark Road School.

Police said that the camera is citing people for speeds improperly, so if you have received a citation form the camera at the school, the department is offering to help.
“This particular camera is enforcing speeds as a 25 mph zone when it is in fact a 35 mph zone,” the department said. “We are currently not enforcing speeds from this system until the problem is fixed.”
