THOMASVILLE, Ga. — A Georgia woman accused of plotting to kill her estranged husband in the Bahamas has been granted bond.

Lindsey Shiver’s attorney Ian Cargill told CNN that his client received a $100,000 bond with certain stipulations. Shiver must stay in the Bahamas and wear an ankle monitoring device, according to the bond conditions.

The Bahama Court News reports that Shiver received bond after her husband, the murder target, spoke to prosecutors.
