While sitting at the desk, Dep. Paul received a call from Dep. Albernisha Blackman said that she was waiting for a food delivery of rice and chicken.

The warrant said when Paul looked in the bag, she saw the names of Blackman and Cadet Jessica Williams written on the food trays.

When Williams arrived at the front entrance to pick up her food, Williams reportedly received a call about the food delivery. However, after she finished the call, Paul said she deleted any record of the call from the phone at the front entrance desk.

Williams then offered Paul one of the food trays, saying it was too much for her. Paul allegedly accepted, and Williams left with the two food trays.

Officials pointed out that the two trays of food Williams left with did not go through the x-ray machine at the front entrance.

When Williams returned, Paul asked her to place her food on the x-ray scanner. When she did this, Paul said Williams told her she didn’t want it nor want anything to do with it.

When the tray was opened, they reportedly found marijuana inside. The warrant added that the credit card used at the restaurant did not belong to Williams.

Channel 2 Action News received warrants that accused Williams of attempting to bring inmates cigarettes, alcohol, and marijuana.
