Forbes 400: These are the richest people in Georgia in 2026

ATLANTA — The Forbes 400 list of the richest people in America is out this week. And there’s a different billionaire at the top of Georgia’s rankings this year.

Arthur Blank is listed at No. 99 on the Forbes 400 list. The Home Depot co-founder and sports mogul’s net worth increased from $11.4 billion to $13.2 billion, according to Forbes.

Last year, Chick-fil-A owners Bubba Cathy, Dan Cathy and Trudy Cathy White topped Georgia’s list. The Cathy family dropped down from No. 83 to No. 116 this year.
