BROOKHAVEN, Ga. — Police say a woman was seen throwing kittens out of a moving car earlier this week.
Witnesses told Brookhaven police that they were driving on Osborne Road near Peachtree Road when they saw someone in a silver Toyota Sienna tossing several kittens out of the car.

When police arrived, they found one kitten dead on the side of Osborne Road. It’s unclear how many kittens were involved and what the conditions of the others are.
Valentina Tobon Henao, 25, was identified as the driver and police found her at a nearby business.
Tobon Henao was arrested and booked into the DeKalb County Jail on one count of cruelty to animals.
