COWETA COUNTY, Ga. — Three teenagers believed to be students are in custody after a fight at a football game on Friday night.
The Coweta County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to Channel 2 Action News that a fight broke out between three young men, ages 16, 17 and 18, at the Newnan High School and East Coweta High School game.

School district officials say the fight happened behind the East Coweta stands and was contained quickly.
Law enforcement says all three involved were taken into custody, but there is no word on whether they will be formally arrested and charged.
There were no reports of any major injuries to the teens or anyone else at the game.

Earlier on Friday, a fight broke out between two teams before their football game, causing it to be canceled.
Players from Heritage High School and Rockdale County High School got into a fight on the field during pre-game warmups, officials confirmed.
