MARIETTA, Ga. — A young Marietta woman who has been missing for seven years would have celebrated her 21st birthday with her family this week.
Kayla Miller should have been with her family on July 12 to celebrate turning 21, but instead she hasn’t been seen since she was just 13.

According to the Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Kayla walked out of her Marietta home on April 13, 2015 to head to school and was never seen again.
Initially, investigators believed she could still be in the Marietta area, but have since expanded their search to include any information that could bring her home.
In 2021, forensic artists created a portrait of what they believe Kayla could look like at 19 years old.
