Channel 2 Cobb County Bureau Chief Michele Newell said a judge ordered the suspect to stay away from the apartment he shared with his father.

The bond condition from earlier this year states that Kingston Bradley could only go to the apartment for clothes and other personal items if law enforcement accompanied him.

It’s the same apartment police believe Bradley killed a young mother in.

Smyrna police have been called to Bradley’s apartment more than 50 times in the past two years.

PREVIOUS STORIES:

Calls as recent as January of this year reveal a history of violent fights between Bradley and his father, who also lives in the apartment.

In one call, Bradley is heard saying, “My dad’s putting his hands on me.”

Bradley’s father could be heard in the background saying his son lied.

His father was arrested and charged with battery.

The following month, it was Bradley’s father who called police after he saidBradley beat him up and broke a door.

Last year Bradley’s father called 911 again after he said Bradley damaged his apartment.

Police have arrested Bradley multiple times for shoplifting, battery and other misdemeanors.

Court records show he was accused of pushing a 15-year-old into a window so violently that it broke.

That happened at the same apartment Smyrna police are regularly called to.

Earlier this year, Bradley was released on bond for battery.

One condition was to stay away from the apartment he shared with his dad who was the victim in that case.

It’s the same apartment police believe Bradley murdered a young mother in more than seven months later.

Bradley and his dad are scheduled for a plea hearing next month for fighting each other earlier this year.

It’s not known if that will change due to Bradley’s murder case.

The victim’s aunt told me she is happy with the work Smyrna police detectives are doing on that case.
