SMYRNA, Ga. — The man accused of concealing the death of a 26-year-old mother whose dismembered remains were found in Smyrna is now facing a murder charge.
Investigators spent the weekend following leads and serving additional search warrants as they work to determine where Tia Mosley, known to family and friends as “KT,” was killed and whether anyone else may have been involved.
Police charged Kingston Bradley with murder Friday night.
The latest development comes after investigators said they recovered the rest of Mosley’s body from a vehicle. Authorities have not released additional details about where the vehicle was found or what evidence was recovered.
Mosley’s family has spent days searching for answers since she disappeared. The 26-year-old was the mother of a 3-year-old daughter and is remembered by loved ones as a devoted mother, daughter and sister.

“We just want justice and we want the truth,” a family member said.
According to the family, Mosley’s aunt, mother and uncle were searching for her when they witnessed Bradley drop a plastic storage tub behind his apartment building. They say the container held part of Mosley’s remains.
Investigators have focused much of their attention on the apartment complex where Bradley lives with his father.
On Friday, Smyrna police confirmed they were continuing interviews with Bradley’s father as part of the investigation.
“The interviews with his dad are continuing,” a Smyrna police investigator said.
Bradley’s father addressed the case in a statement posted to Facebook. In it, he expressed condolences to Mosley’s family and referenced his son’s long history of mental illness.
He also stated that he was not involved in the incident, did not know what had happened and did not know Mosley or her family. He said he does not know whether his son knew Mosley before the incident.
Mosley’s family told Channel 2 Cobb County Bureau Chief Michele Newell that they spoke with Bradley’s father while searching for her. They said he told them he had not seen her.
As detectives continue working through evidence and witness interviews, police say one key question remains unanswered: exactly where Mosley was killed and whether additional suspects may have played a role.
