ATHENS, Ga. — Fans of Georgia Bulldogs football player Devin Willock have been sharing their condolences over his death on social media.
The day before the crash that killed Willock, UGA football staff member Chandler LeCroy, and injured two other UGA football staff members, one fan shared a special moment between his grandson and Willock.
UGA fan Sam Kramer tweeted photos of his grandson meeting Willock at the Longhorn Steakhouse in Athens on Saturday, just hours before the fatal crash.

Kramer’s grandson can be seen beaming in the photos and even trying on Willock’s championship ring.
Kramer told ABC News after he recognized Willock at the restaurant and asked for a photo, Willock introduced himself to Kramer’s grandson Camdyn.
“Devin’s smile never left him. He talked to Camdyn for what seemed like forever,” Kramer said.
