Pregnant cancer patient loses dog during Roswell visit

ATLANTA — A cancer patient looking to move to the Atlanta area lost her dog during a visit.

Sasha Campbell, 25, has kidney cancer. She comes to Atlanta two to three times a month for chemotherapy.

She is looking at moving to the metro area with her husband, Army Sgt. Adam Campbell, who is stationed at Fort Stewart. Campbell is also pregnant. The couple was looking at houses in Roswell this weekend when their dog disappeared.

The Campbells were staying at La Quinta on Old Holcomb Bridge Road. When they left the car to check into the hotel, their black Lab Hercules, got loose.

The couple found the dog's collar in the parking lot with tags on it. It's unclear if someone removed it or if it fell off.

Anyone who finds the dog is asked to contact Campbell at sassysasha19@yahoo.com.
