Police released information and a AI generated picture of the dog Tuesday in hopes that they will find the person who is responsible.
Based on the condition of the dog, police believe it was a family pet that had been well cared for. Investigators suspect that someone may have shot a neighbor’s dog, then dumped the body on Fulton Street.
