ATLANTA — If you plan on flying Spirit Airlines anytime soon, the discount carrier has announced some changes to its contract for travelers.

Spirit’s updated contract of carriage came out on Wednesday. In the 64-page document it says that it has the right to refuse boarding to anyone or tell them to get off the plane if they are:

  • Barefoot.
  • “Have see-through clothing; not adequately covered; exposed breasts, buttocks, or other private parts.”
  • Have body art that “is lewd, obscene, or offensive in nature.”
  • Have an offensive odor.

The new policy comes after two women were kicked off a Spirit flight in October for wearing crop tops.
