ATLANTA — Atlanta police are investigating a report of possible gunfire Wednesday afternoon near Piedmont Park.

Officers were called to the area of 1073 Piedmont Ave NE after reports that possible gunfire had been heard, according to Atlanta police.
AT this time, police said no injuries or property damage have been reported.
One person has been detained. The investigation remains ongoing.
