ATLANTA — Atlanta police are investigating the shooting of a man near the Ashby MARTA station Sunday night.
Police say a black sedan stopped at the intersection of Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. The driver got out of the car, and opened fire.
The shooter fired several shots during the incident, one of these shots struck a MARTA bus near the location. Another bullet ricocheted and hit the windshield of a woman's car more than a block away.
Police say the man that was shot was transported to Grady Hospital in critical condition.

The woman suffered minor injuries.
Police have not made any arrests in this shooting.
