ATLANTA — A former Atlanta youth minister has been arrested and indicted on accusations that he groomed several boys “under the guise of spiritual guidance.”
Court documents say Jeffrey Turner Taylor, 66, was a young minister at a church in northern Virginia from 1990 to 2002. They say Turner, who now lives in Ohio, also served as youth minister at two Atlanta churches.

Investigators say Taylor engaged in sexual horseplay with young boys, asked questions about sexual secrets and habits and detailed his own sexual experiences.
Documents say that on several occasions, Taylor traveled with the boys with the intent of illegal sexual conduct in other states or countries. He was accused of engaging or attempting to engage in sexual molestation of multiple boys.

If convicted of the enticement of minors for illegal sexual activity and traveling with the intent to engage in illegal sexual activity with minors charges against him, he faces up to 105 years in prison.
Prosecutors say anyone who may be a victim of Taylor should contact them.
