First 2 Braves playoff games sold out, but you can still grab a ticket

The Atlanta Braves are starting their run to defend the World Series championship, and baseball fans are fired up.

The team announced on Monday that the first two playoff games at Truist Park are sold out.

The Braves take the field for Game 1 on Tuesday afternoon. While the team says tickets are gone, Channel 2′s Michael Seiden found tickets on secondhand websites, like Stubhub, for as low as $25.

“I’m excited to be here, I’ve always wanted to do this!,” 14-year-old Braves fan Haley Petterson said.

Petterson and her mom, Michelle Reed, are die-hard Braves fans who told Seiden they drove all the way down from Kentucky because they were lucky enough to score tickets to Tuesday’s game against the Philadelphia Phillies.

While you might still hit a home run when getting a ticket, but you’ll likely strike out when trying to park.

As of Monday afternoon, the Braves were still selling parking passes on their website, but very few remained.
