Yesenia Euscudro Felix, 22, of Austell, is one of five people charged in the July 22 break-in on Windscape Village Lane near Norcross. Police say four of the five are in custody and a sixth suspect is unidentified.

Her warrant says the group broke in between 12:10 and 12:30 a.m. with an AR-style rifle. Police say the intruders assaulted both adults and took property and money.

“Those individuals also had a large amount of security cameras, which also helped aid us in identifying these individuals and actually capturing this incident,” said Officer Brock Marks, a Gwinnett County police spokesman.

Marks said the group “did show some organized ability” in forcing its way in.

All five are charged with first-degree home invasion. Edison Herley Callejas and Douglas Yahir Jimenez Nunez are also charged with aggravated assault, Jimenez Nunez with a firearm count and Juan Daniel Rodriguez Medina with false imprisonment. Rolando Arturo Caceres is the fifth.

Police cannot connect the group to any other crime so far, Marks said.

“These appear to be unknown strangers to the victim,” he said.

Detectives tracked a vehicle into Cobb County, searched a home there and recovered property they believe was stolen.

“Our investigators are doing everything that they can around the clock to make sure we are identifying all the individuals and charging them as they should be,” Marks said.
