HENRY COUNTY, Ga. — A couple says a daycare is to blame for a freak accident that cost their 2-year-old one of her toes.
The girl has already gone through two surgeries with a third on the horizon, and the state is now investigating LIVE on Channel 2 Action News at 5:00 p.m.

The fire extinguisher fell on Jynesis’ foot at Willoway preschool in McDonough.
It fell from the wall of the childcare center and onto little Jynesis’ foot. An ambulance had to be called and she was rushed her to Arthur M. Blank Hospital.
Parents Zacheus and Tee Daniel got the call from the school.
“She got on the phone and she said the fire extinguisher was loose on the wall and it fell and it hit Jynesis’ foot,” the mother said.
And her husband’s reaction was enough to know something was seriously wrong.
“I immediately just broke down, like I was overwhelmed because just the side of my baby’s toes were dangling like they were barely attached to her foot,” Zacheus Daniel said.
