ATLANTA — Atlanta police are investigating after someone was found dead at a restaurant on Monday morning.
Officers were called to Cleveland Avenue near Forrest Hills Drive at 9 a.m. for reports of a person trapped.

Police confirmed to Channel 2 Action News that they found a person deceased at Walter’s Soul Food Cafe.
Witnesses told Channel 2’s Tyisha Fernandes that a man’s legs were spotted hanging out of the HVAC system on the restaurant’s roof and the rest of his body could be seen inside.
Investigators have not identified the person who died or commented on how that person died.
