Georgia Lottery to introduce the MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES' CLUB™ lottery game

ATLANTA — Georgia is ready to mint some millionaires!

The new multi-state lottery game MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB is a $5 draw game offering multiple million dollar prizes, including a top prize that is capped at $25 million.

The MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES' CLUB lottery game is the first game to combine the high-stakes and rich rewards of multi-state lottery gaming with the fun and entertainment of a national television game show. Players who have registered their tickets online at playmmc.com or through the smartphone app will be among those who could be selected for the show.

Sales for the game will launch statewide October 19. Drawings will be held Friday evenings at 11:15 p.m.

There are three ways to win: Players can win the Top Prize of up to $25 million; players can be randomly-selected as $1 million winners when another player wins the Top Prize; or players can register a ticket online.

Register a unique code from each lottery ticket online and build MONOPOLY-themed Property Sets to earn entries in a drawing for a chance to appear on the one-hour primetime television game show and a chance to win up to $1 million.

Players who register online can build MONOPOLY-brand themed Property Sets to earn entries in a drawing for a chance to appear on the nationally-televised game show. Cash prizes of more than $2.5 million will be available on each episode.

“Our players have asked for games that create multiple millionaires, and the MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB lottery game delivers three ways to win,” said Georgia Lottery President and CEO Debbie D. Alford. “With every dollar raised by this game, the ultimate winners remain Georgia’s students, who benefit from lottery-funded HOPE and Pre-K.”

As with all other Georgia Lottery games, proceeds from the MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB lottery game will benefit education in the state of Georgia.

Since its first year, the Georgia Lottery Corp. has returned more than $15.7 billion to the state of Georgia for education. All Georgia Lottery profits go to pay for specific educational programs, including Georgia’s HOPE Scholarship Program and Georgia’s Pre-K Program. More than 1.7 million students have received HOPE, and more than 1.3 million 4-year-olds have attended the statewide, voluntary prekindergarten program.
