Local churches halt in-person worship, offer Sunday service online

ATLANTA — With school systems, restaurants, shopping malls and people across the country attempting to slow down the spread of the coronavirus, everyone is adjusting to a new, at least temporary way of life.

Churches are no different.

Numerous Atlanta area churches have announced an end to in-person Sunday morning services. But that doesn’t mean an end to services all together. Dozens of churches are taking Sunday sermons to the web.
