Alicia Keys, Nickelback, Daryl Hall and John Oates to play Atlanta

The summer of 2020 looks to be an awesome time to be a music lover in Atlanta.

This week, Alicia Keys, Nickelback, and Daryl Hall and John Oates all announced they’ll be performing in the Peach State this summer.

Keys announced the “Alicia - The World Tour” on Tuesday. The news comes 24 hours after she told fans her seventh studio album titled “Alicia,” will be released in March. Keys released the anthemic “Underdog,” the album’s new single, earlier this month.

Keys will open the tour in Ireland on June 5. The opening night of the U.S. portion of the tour is July 28 in Jacksonville, Florida. She plays Chastain Park in Atlanta two nights later on July 30.

Tickets to the general public go on sale on Monday, Jan. 27.

Three weeks later, Nickelback returns to Atlanta. The band will celebrate the 15th anniversary of its No. 1 album “All The Right Reasons” by performing the album in its entirety, in addition to a slew of hits fans know and love. The album produced seven radio singles, five of which were Top 20 Hot 100 singles, including “Photograph,” “Rockstar,” “Far Away,” “If Everyone Cared” and “Savin’ Me."

Nickelback is scheduled to play Ameris Bank Amphitheatre in Alpharetta on Aug. 19. Tickets to the general public go on sale Thursday, Jan. 23.

Meanwhile, Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Daryl Hall & John Oates have announced a 32-date North American summer tour. The latest tour by the best-selling duo of all-time kicks off in February.

The duo’s collection of No. 1 singles include “Rich Girl,", “Kiss on My List,” “Private Eyes,” “I Can’t Go For That (No Can Do),” “Maneater” and “Out of Touch.” In 1987, the Recording Industry Association of America recognized Hall and Oates as the No. 1 selling duo in music history, a record they hold to this day.

The pair will play Ameris Bank Amphitheatre in Alpharetta on Aug. 13. Tickets to the general public go on sale Friday, Jan. 24.
