FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — A witness testified that a police officer threatened to send her and other teens to jail the night he allegedly sexually assaulted her friend.
Richard Gooddine is on trial for a second time after his first ended with a mistrial. The two victims say the former East Point officer used his badge and authority to prey on them and their vulnerable situations.
Footage captured him roaming hospital halls while alleged victim was there, LIVE on Channel 2 Action News starting at 4:00 p.m.

India Foster, a friend of the teenage victim, took the stand on Friday. She walked the jurors through her account of that night.
Foster said she, the victim and their friends went to a pool party then Waffle House. After they left the restaurant, Foster said they stopped in a park to use the bathroom when Gooddine approached them.
She said the group of teens did whatever the officer told them because he threatened to take them to jail. Foster, who is now 24, said she lied about her age that night because she didn’t want to get in trouble.
“You don’t say no to a police officer,” Foster said. “We got in the car she got her stuff and got in the car with him. We sat there for a little while and they were still there. We just left.”
