ATLANTA, Ga. — A tree crashed onto multiple cars Thursday evening near Chastain Park, according to Atlanta police.

The tree came down around 6:30 p.m. on Chastain Park Avenue near Powers Ferry Road, just outside the park.
A Channel 2 photographer was on scene, observing the tree may have hit as many as five cars.
There were no immediate reports of injuries.
Georgia Power’s outage map showed no reported outages in the area as of Thursday evening.
The cause of the tree falling was not immediately clear.
