PAULDING COUNTY, Ga. — A drug investigation at a Paulding County home led to 12 arrests, according to the sheriff’s office.

The Northwest Georgia Drug Task Force investigated suspected drug sales at a home on Pine Valley Road. Paulding County deputies said four overdoses had reportedly occurred at the home over the previous six months.
With assistance from the sheriff’s office K-9, Gang, Uniform Patrol and SWAT teams, investigators executed a search warrant at the home.

The sheriff’s office released video of Paulding County Sheriff Ashley Henson discussing the arrests on social media.
The search resulted in 12 arrests, including two people who had outstanding warrants, deputies said.
Charges included obstruction, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a Schedule I controlled substance. The specific charges vary by person, according to the sheriff’s office.
The investigation remains ongoing.
