One flash of a gun in traffic is how police say they caught an accused drug dealer working out of her own living room.

It started as road rage on Aug. 8 along Jimmy Carter Boulevard near Peachtree Industrial Boulevard.

The driver with the dashcam called Gwinnett County Police and turned over the video.

“We also suggest that you do not follow anyone in a road rage incident, because you do not know if they have a firearm or not,” said Master Police Officer Brock Marks.

Officers took a report and handed the case to investigators, who identified the suspect as Contessa Johnson. Six days later, they found the 53-year-old.
