ATLANTA — A man died Tuesday afternoon in a collision on Interstate 75 southbound in Atlanta near Cleveland Avenue.

Georgia State Patrol said a 2001 Nissan Xterra was non-functional and blocking a middle lane when a black 2017 Infiniti approached from the rear.
The Infiniti hit the Xterra and the man who had been driving it, who had gotten out of the vehicle.
Both drivers were taken to Grady Hospital, where the driver of the Xterra was pronounced dead. The Infiniti driver had minor injuries.
Neither driver were identified by GSP.
The Georgia State Patrol’s Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team is investigating the crash.
