HALL COUNTY, Ga. — A metro Atlanta man was accused of aggravated assault after getting involved in what deputies say was a road rage incident where he rammed an Uber ride with three people inside.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office said Scout Patrick Bigger, of Gwinnett County, allegedly rammed a vehicle with three people inside during “an apparent road rage incident” in the south end of the county.
Bigger is accused of ramming the driver’s side of an Uber with his Dodge Ram pickup truck after leaving a house party.

Deputies said the incident happened Saturday just before 2:45 a.m.
The sheriff’s office sent deputies to a location on West Moreno Street in Buford, finding three victims speaking with members of the Gwinnett County Police Department.
Officers determined the crimes had happened in Hall County on the Interstate 985 southbound ramp.

Speaking with the victims, two young women and a man who was their Uber driver, deputies learned the women had traveled to Gainesville with Bigger for a housewarming party.
The women told deputies Bigger became intoxicated during the party and was verbally abusive to one of them, so they called for an Uber to go home to Gwinnett County.
The victim told deputies that as the Uber driver took them away from the party, Bigger called the woman, berating her for leaving without him.
She also told them she realized she had been sharing her location with Bigger on her phone and hung up on him. Soon after, Bigger drove up behind the Uber and the driver tried to avoid Bigger by taking the Friendship Road exit on I-985.
That’s when Bigger allegedly drove up next to the Uber, ramming his Dodge Ram pickup truck into the driver’s side door.
Bigger then got out of the truck and tried to open the rear passenger door, where the woman he’d been allegedly berating was sitting.
Deputies said the Uber driver sped away to W. Moreno Street and called 911.
No one in the Uber, driver or passengers, was injured and deputies tracked Bigger down just after 7 a.m. on Sept. 6, taking him into custody.
The sheriff’s office said Bigger remains in custody without bond n three felony aggravated assault charges and one misdemeanor hit and run charge.
