HALL COUNTY, Ga. — Four north Georgia men were arrested after deputies say they arranged to meet people they believed were underage for sex during an undercover operation.

The Hall County Sheriff’s Office conducted the operation, dubbed “Operation Vigilant,” Aug. 21-22 with help from the Floyd County Police Department and Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
Investigators posed as juveniles online and say all four suspects arranged to meet them for sexual encounters. Authorities said each man also offered money in exchange for sex.
Investigators then went to the prearranged meeting locations in South Hall County, where they arrested the suspects at various public places.

Bobby L. Burrell-Whitfield, 42, of Gainesville, was arrested Friday evening and charged with electronic exploitation of a minor.
Fredtriel Locklin, 34, of Bethlehem, was arrested early Saturday. Jose Donneys-Rendon, 57, of Lawrenceville, and Neville Warren Mercado-Nieves, 34, of Talmo, were arrested Saturday afternoon at separate locations.
The three men arrested Saturday each face charges of trafficking a person for labor or sexual servitude and electronic exploitation of a minor, both felonies.
All four suspects were booked into the Hall County Jail.
